Under the Helmet

I just returned from a three week, almost 6,000-mile motorcycle vacation with my wife. We went South from Kansas into Texas and along the border into Southern California. Then up the Pacific Coast Highway into Victoria, British Columbia. Then back into the United States to Idaho down through the mountain states and back home. Continue reading

My Broom Tree

In case you didn’t know, a broom tree isn’t as much a tree as it is a bush that can grow large enough to provide shade. Brooms tolerate and often thrive best in poor soils and growing conditions.
