Back in October of 2008 I set out to read my Bible, complete with study notes from cover to cover in a year. I wasn’t going to write an article on this, but matters of the last week have given me pause to rethink that decision. My life as a Christian over the last 7 months has been eye opening to say the least. While I have had a few down days here and there due to the normal trials of life, every day has been an inspired one by the Holy Spirit. continue reading »

Whether or not you are a Christian, it is impossible in this day and age to not have heard the story of David and Goliath. It is used as an example in sports, world affairs and many other areas of life. Until recently, I have never actually read the story. continue reading »
